Project Price: $50,000-$100,000 Fernandez has designed an awesome barrier free floor layout for our master bathroom remodel (18'8"x 10'4"). We are currently receiving bids for the work to start after the first of the year. He has been extremely patient and worked up 3D images for several layouts. His experience, expertise and patience has made the entire process less painful. His design ideas are exceptional and when the project is complete, I will submit pictures.

I have been very impressed with Fernandez Design Group's computer renderings! I consulted on a project on which FDG was also consulting and their renderings were immeasurably helpful to the homeowner. We had a house plan that we were working with, but visualizing how furniture would fit, how the house would flow, and what it would hopefully look like was difficult. That's when I met Alfredo Fernandez on Houzz. We started with basic discussions, but then he took our floor plans, created 3-d drawings, placed furniture, showed cabinet colors, and even placed an avatar in the drawings to help me understand the space better. He was a tremendous help and great to work with.

First off, let me start off by saying that Im not usually the type of person that leaves reviews. Word of mouth is typically how I operate however my husband and I were so impressed that we decided to Pay It Forward.

A friend recommended I use Fernandez Design Group to bring to life through their 3D modeling concept the ideas we had for a few rooms in our new home. I was astonished and extremely pleased with the finished designs. The precise attention to detail that Alfredo put into the project made me a believer on how useful this type of design rendering was going to help us with the renovation of our home. Not only were we able to visualize what our ideas were going to look like once completed but also because of his precise realistic renderings we were able to see how our appliances, furniture, lighting, material and colorings were going to look like and fit.

FDG is by far one of the most professional and artful firms that I've had the pleasure of working with. Alfredo in specific has tremendous conceptual talent and a unique sense of design that has made our project superbly efficient and his work ethic is to be admired! His ability from the start to bring to life what we were thinking and imagining has made this project easy and worry free by being able to see what the final product was going to look like before it was started. Not only has this helped in doing the physical remodels of the house but also because of his ability to duplicate appliances and furniture from advertisements pictures and measurements we have been able to buy this items knowing full well how it would fit and look in the room

The end result of the project we have worked on together has exceeded my expectations and at a price that won't break the bank. We can’t help that feel that what he has provided us has actually paid for itself by the worry free and savings of what we have purchased for this project. We will continue to use FDG for any changes we plan for our home, from what picture will look on a wall to how a new couch will fit in a room.
